General Terms and Conditions of Business
Scope of application
For all present and future business relations with you, the following terms and conditions shall apply exclusively. Any general terms and conditions of business of yours that conflict with, deviate from or supplement our General Terms and Conditions shall not be recognized and their inclusion shall be objected to. Verbal agreements are invalid. Declarations such as promises are only binding after our written confirmation.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of our goods in the Internet store does not constitute an offer in the legal sense, but merely an invitation to order. By pressing the button "Complete order process" you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods ordered by you (contents of the shopping cart). The receipt of the order will be confirmed by us by e-mail. However, this confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of the customer's purchase offer, but only serves to inform you about the receipt of your order. The purchase contract is only concluded upon acceptance of your offer. We are entitled to accept your offer within 5 working days by sending a shipping or order confirmation. If we are unable to accept your offer, you will be informed of this within the same period by e-mail. Your order is no longer retrievable for you after submission of the offer. We therefore recommend that you save or print out the text of the contract before finally completing the ordering process.

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Prices and shipping costs
The prices at the time of the order are valid. The prices do not include insurance, packaging and shipping costs. Prices are subject to change and errors excepted.
Terms of payment
The following payment options are offered: Cash on delivery, advance payment, Paypal and cash. You decide by appropriate selection for one of the above payment methods. In the case of prepayment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details after completing the order. You can find the account details in the order confirmation. We ask you to transfer the invoice amount, stating the order number. After receipt of your invoice amount on our account, your order will be processed by us immediately. If you transfer the money from a giro account outside Germany, we ask you to make the transfer in such a way that any bank charges incurred will be borne by you.
Warranty claims will only be accepted after immediate written notification and in case of obvious defects within 7 days after receipt. In the case of justified defects, a replacement will be provided at our discretion. In the event of failure of the replacement delivery or rectification, the purchaser has the right to cancel the contract. For this purpose, the goods must be made available to us free 89081 Ulm/Jungingen Dornstadter weg 6. Further claims, in particular for damages, are excluded, except for intent. Competition vehicles or parts and equipment used there are excluded from the warranty. Generally excluded are consequential damages or damages due to improper or non-professional handling, assembly, use or commissioning of the parts or conversion kits supplied by us.
